The role of Payroll Officer in the TMR Payroll Services unit is committed to delivering high quality payroll customer services, and to support TMR to deliver their business outcomes.
You will be working within a dynamic, fast-paced and focused business area, either supervising a team delivering payroll processing services, or directly providing complex and control payroll services.
In this role, you will be:
- Providing (and/or supervising a team to provide) accurate and timely specialist payroll processing, advice and information.
- Delivering best practice payroll services by monitoring and allocating work/resources, team performance and internal controls.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement payroll business improvements to optimise payroll services.
- Communicating effectively and responsively with employees, senior management, customers and other external stakeholders.
