Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Utilise a broad range of software programs and systems while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
• Enter data into appropriate departmental database and computer systems.
• Arrange meetings, agenda and minute preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and presentations.
• Provide accurate and timely document preparation and processing.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders through different communication channels.
• Contribute to the development of team objectives and recognise own role in achieving results.
