• Manage, advise on and deliver environmental and social impact assessments, under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 and Strong and Sustainable Resource Communities Act 2017, for a range of complex and diverse projects that drive economic development and infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage and develop complex, strategic, solutions focused advice to mitigate risk and support the implementation of the strategic initiatives for critical minerals in Queensland.
• Manage complex negotiations with stakeholders to achieve the government's strategic goals and integrate economic and infrastructure objectives with industry outcomes.
• Build sustained relationships with key government stakeholders to support facilitation, assessment and delivery of critical mineral projects.
• Lead the development of people and process improvements to ensure the efficient delivery of government priorities.
• Contribute and nurture the positive and inclusive culture of the NEMD team, and the Office of the Coordinator-General more broadly.
