About us
At the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions, and objectives for the betterment of the community.

The Engagement and Partnerships team leads the delivery of engagement opportunities for the Premier and the Cabinet through events, awards and programs that facilitate community engagement and promote Queensland Government priorities and key initiatives. Engagement and Partnerships also provides leadership and strategic advice on whole-of-government sponsorship policy and event delivery to drive economic and community benefit.

How you'll contribute
As an Events and Programs Support Officer within the Engagement and Partnerships team, you will play a key role in supporting the calendar of events and community engagement programs that deliver outcomes for Queensland.

What you'll bring to the role
You will provide a high level of administration support towards the development, facilitation, management and delivery of a range of programs including events, awards and community engagement activities. You will have excellent organisation, time management skills and attention to detail. You will also be a self-starter that works collaboratively as a team player to solve problems quickly and effectively.
