Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in development and support of Java based business applications.
- Regularly monitor RBDM IT support requests, perform initial assessment and work on request based on critically and urgency.
- Support the RBDM IT applications by understanding stakeholder requirements, analysing the compatibility and potential issues to the existing business applications to conform with DOJ enterprise architecture standards, discussing recommended solutions and escalating risks.
- Co-ordinate and support application release process working closely with vendor and DOJ central IT division.
- Build and sustain relationships, liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders including departmental business units and the private vendors providing support to our services.
- Create a team environment focussed on continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of business, process and system improvement initiatives.
