We are looking for exceptional Psychiatry consultants to join our Mental Health and Specialised Services team within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) in the following areas:
- Inpatient
- Community
SCHHS Salary includes:
- Base salary comprising of between
- Staff Specialist L18 – L24
- $100.77 - $117.05 p.h. (p/t)
- $8,082 - $9,364.50 p.f. (f/t)
- Senior Staff Specialist L25 – L27
- $120.51 - $127.77 p.h. (p/t)
- $9,641.00 - $10,221.70 p.f. (f/t)
- Staff Specialist L18 – L24
- Motor vehicle allowance (pro rata for Part-time)
- Staff Specialist L18 – L24 – $21,000 p.a.
- Senior Staff Specialist L25 – L27 – $25,500 p.a.
- Attraction and Retention Allowance up to 50% of base salary
- Professional development allowance $21,500 p.a. (pro rata for Part-time)

The Staff Specialist/Senior Staff Specialist (Psychiatry) position joins a growing Mental Health and Specialised Services department providing high quality psychiatry management wtihin the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). These roles work in collaboration with the other clinicians and leaders to provide multidisciplinary consideration of needs. The Staff Specialist/Senior Staff Specialist (Psychiatry) will need to be consumer and carer focused and will have sophisticated skills when working with families and other carers.
