As the Portfolio Manager (CSI Portfolio), you will manage the Corporate division’s portfolio of information and communication technology initiatives to ensure robust governance over the investment and delivery of TMR’s ICT projects through the ICT Portfolio Office, which acts on behalf of the Information Systems Committee (ISC).

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overall strategic direction for the ICT project governance to ensure compliance with TMR and Whole-of-Government policies and practices.
• Manage the CSI Portfolio Board on behalf of the Portfolio Executive, including implementing continuous improvement of governance and portfolio management practices.
• Monitor the effectiveness of project and program delivery, and work with projects to ensure risks and business impacts are managed.
• Providing strategic and tactical advice to the Portfolio Board to minimise risk, improve delivery and realise benefits.
• Manage the contributions and expectations of Corporate teams, the department and public and private sector stakeholders through developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
