About the role

Key Responsibilities:
- Screen matters for family dispute resolution according to commonwealth guidelines.
- Manage the logistics of a lawyer-assisted family dispute resolution conferencing file load.
- Schedule, coordinate, and provide general information regarding the dispute resolution process.
- Conduct efficient administrative operations including data entry and reporting.
About You:
- Proven administrative experience with the ability to work independently.
- Skilled in information technology systems and quick to learn organisation-specific programs.
- Familiar with organisational policies and guidelines with capability to clearly explain decisions.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
