Your Opportunity
As a Project Officer in the Health, Education, and Justice team, you'll contribute to planning the State's capital program and reviewing infrastructure proposals to ensure alignment with government priorities. Your efforts will help articulate industry aspirations and enable the necessary infrastructure to bring them to reality.

Your Responsibilities
Work collaboratively to support the team proactively engaging with agencies, evaluating and anticipating future requirements for advice and support in the development of capital plans and infrastructure proposals.
Provide support including project administration and using established project management approaches to scheduling, communications, governance and engagement, reporting, procurement, contract management, budget, knowledge management and documentation.
Establish and maintain effective networks and build a positive rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including liaising, collaborating, and negotiating with other State agencies and other levels of government on a range of key issues associated with the development of capital plans and infrastructure proposals.
Actively contribute to the review of proposals and support the preparation and coordination of timely and high-quality feedback to agencies on the development of capital plans and infrastructure proposals.
Support the team proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for the continuous improvement of the infrastructure proposal development frameworks and agency capability.
Prepare sensitive, well researched and often confidential materials for advice, reports, presentations, briefing materials, submissions and correspondence and assist with cabinet documentation processes relevant to inform a more coordinated approach to infrastructure planning prioritisation and investment partnerships.
