TMR's Land Transport Safety and Regulation (LTSR) branch has a fantastic opportunity for an Operation Support Officer to join the Accreditation Assessments team.
The Accreditation and Assessment team is responsible for managing the operational aspects of the Approved Inspection Station Scheme (AIS) (including Approved Examiners and Nominees), Approved Persons Scheme (AP) and the Heavy Vehicle Registration Assessment Scheme (HVRAS).

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Assess and process industry accreditation scheme applications for the Approved Inspection Station Scheme (AIS), Approved Person Scheme (AP) and Heavy Vehicle Registration Assessment Scheme (HVRAS) whilst ensuring compliance with legislation, policy, and procedures.
- Respond and resolve general customer enquiries in relation to industry accreditation schemes via telephone and email.
- Accurately enter and maintain data in Microsoft products, internal systems (TICA) and databases to complete operational and administrative tasks related to industry accreditation schemes.
- Work independently on a specific workflow to achieve individual performance targets within specified timeframes.
- Support and participate in team activities to assist in achieving team objectives and business requirements.
