Key responsibilities
The purpose of the Digital Marketing Advisor role is to support timely delivery of Translink's digital marketing activities and initiatives, particularly in relation to email
marketing and website.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Develop and implement digital marketing and data management strategies across Translink's owned digital channels, including but not limited to email marketing platforms and website, to support Translink's overall marketing strategy and plan.
• Effective management and oversight of the Marketing team's digital communication platforms, ensuring sound governance, processes and formal quality control methods are in place, and platforms' capability is fully leveraged to take advantage of opportunities and drive continuous improvement and efficiencies for the wider team.
• Manage and maintain digital marketing measurement framework, provide highlevel strategic guidance based on effective application of data analytics, customer
research insights and industry trends to drive continuous improvement across digital marketing and data management activities and initiatives.
• Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners to support and guide digital marketing strategies, content integration, management of customer interactions and engagement solutions to maximise Translink's digital marketing capabilities.
• Actively participate in personal performance planning and appraisal, undertake training and development and gain awareness of corporate and health and safety responsibilities through the appropriate induction processes and programs.

Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of data-driven digital marketing strategies and communication activities across digital marketing
channels, including but not limited to, email marketing platforms and website.
• Proven experience managing and leveraging digital communication platforms, including user access, data management, process documentation, sound governance practices, adherence to relevant legislation and policies.
• Participation in on-call roster, shared with other team members.

Requirements of the role
• Manage and maintain Translink Marketing Team's digital communication platforms, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and proactively seeking out ways to drive
efficiencies, reduce costs and create greater value.
