An exciting opportunity exists for a high performing individual to join the Direct Sunshine Coast Rail Line project within Transport and Main Roads (TMR), in the role of AO5 Advisor (Property).

The Direct Sunshine Coast Rail Line (DSC) project will revolutionise travel, providing a fast and reliable alternative to car trips between the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay and Brisbane regions. This mega-project will also help shape the region and unlock new housing and economic opportunities.

The Opportunity

In the role of Advisor (Property), you will provide specialist advice and undertake tasks for lawful and timely land resumptions and acquisitions required for the Direct Sunshine Coast Rail Line (DSC) project.

As the Advisor (Property) you will be responsible for providing information, advice and support to the Manager (Property), the project team and external stakeholders relating to land acquisitions, resumptions and right of way to land, to ensure compliance to departmental policy, and legal land procedural requirements.

You will display behaviours and attitudes aligned with TMR's values and contribute to a positive team culture, meet team and personal accountability expectations, and model standards of professional behaviour.
