The High-Risk Team consists of an AO3, AO4 Project Officer and AO6 Senior Project Officer and is embedded within the Mount Isa Domestic and Family Violence and Vulnerable Persons Unit.

The High-Risk Team is responsible for representing the QPS in a multi-disciplinary, consultative group to enhance the safety and improve the outcomes for victim survivors in the most complex and serious domestic and family violence matters. You will work closely with the DFV and VPU unit to keep Queensland safe in a dynamic environment.
Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
• Coordinate the provision of organisational and administrative services for the District domestic, and family violence risk team, including word processing, diary maintenance, correspondence indexing and application of human resource management policies and practices.
• Identify, analyse and implement systems and procedures relevant to administrative processes within the District domestic and family violence high risk team.
• Coordinate leave and the performance of higher duties for all administrative officers within the District domestic and family violence high risk team in consultation with District Support Officer, and where applicable, conduct rostering activities and contribute to the coordination of special services.
• Undertake data inputting functions including the collation and recording of inwards and outwards Domestic and Family Violence documentation from internal and external stakeholders including other government departments.
• Coordinate the service and delivery of Interstate Domestic and Family Violence orders.
• Support the QPS HRT with data input and file maintenance, whilst maintaining confidentiality of files and information.
• Maintain and manage stores and equipment.
• Prepare correspondence on behalf of senior police management.
