QBuild is seeking three Senior Learning and Development Advisors to drive forward our educational initiatives. Overseeing a portfolio of learning and development work, you’ll lead a small team of L&D Officers or Instructional Designers to deliver impactful training and development initiatives aligned to our strategic objectives. We have 1 permanent and 2 temporary (12 months) roles available.

Across all roles, you'll draft informed program plans and briefs, defining scope, budgeting and timelines, guided by insightful business analysis. Working with key QBuild internal and external stakeholders, you'll effectively manage multiple projects and resources that supports the development of a robust learning culture across the business. You'll manage your team's work performance and foster their professional growth with a hands-on leadership approach. The three workstreams within L&D where the roles are available are: Learning Strategy and Operations, Learning Technology and Analytics and Learning Design and Delivery.
About the roles
In Learning Strategy and Operations, you'll oversee a program of work which drives forward our refreshed L&D strategy, including workforce development and engagement activities, procurement and delivery of external training, and consistent training operations, compliance and best practice. Experience in the development of training plans, analysing learning needs analysis data, and following procurement processes is highly advantageous.
In Learning Technology and Analytics, you'll oversee the management of our Learning Management System, training records processes and reporting. Working with key internal stakeholders, a focus on training compliance is critical. Experience in building a network of regional learning coordinators, LMS systems and reporting dashboards is highly advantageous.
In Learning Design and Delivery, you'll lead a small team of instructional designers to develop and deliver impactful, engaging and accessible learning resources, through eLearning, video design and instructor-led training. Experience implementing learning design methodologies and utilising Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and video creation software is advantageous.
