About the Role: As a Processing Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering a wide range of processing and stakeholder engagement services. Your efforts will support stakeholders and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Blue Card Services Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independent Problem-Solving: Work autonomously, demonstrating initiative to resolve issues within established guidelines. Achieve work targets with minimal supervision and contribute to team goals in a dynamic work environment.
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit a friendly and helpful demeanor, coupled with strong written and oral communication skills. Liaise effectively with various stakeholders to deliver professional customer service, providing accurate and relevant information in response to inquiries through end-to-end service delivery.
  • Judgment and Decision-Making: Apply sound judgment to make timely and informed decisions. Resolve issues independently and escalate complex matters to your supervisor when necessary.
  • Data Entry and Administrative Support: Perform accurate data entry and provide administrative support within prescribed timeframes. Adhere to administrative systems, legislative, policy, and operational requirements to ensure timely and quality service delivery to stakeholders.
  • Online Application Support: Assist applicants and organizations in using the online application system and organizational portal. Educate organizations on the portal's capabilities and promote its uptake.
  • Identity Verification Support: Aid applicants and organization contacts who are unable to verify their identity online, encouraging the use of the online application and organizational portal.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment through collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, innovation, and achieving results.
