We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-quality, confidential administrative and executive support to the Senior Executive and committees within the Division. This role also involves liaising with senior management, business units across the organisation, and other government agencies to ensure the effective delivery of administrative support functions.

This role can be performed from a regional location and the successful candidate will have the option to engage in a work from home arrangement that suits the Division under an approved Flexible Work Arrangement.
Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
The aim of this role is to:
- Coordinate the daily business of the Senior Executive by regularly reviewing diary, meeting, travel demands and budgets and identifying possible issues which may impact on the strategic activities of the Senior Executive.
- Support division Directors with administrative requirements as needed.
- Analyse enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders, determine and take appropriate action on behalf of the Senior Executive, including redirection of enquiries to appropriate personnel.

- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support, analyse issues, establish a course of action, adopt a proactive and solution focused attitude, and work with minimum direction.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible to change, are resilient in times of uncertainty, and the ability to assist others in the change process.
- Focused on performance by understanding expectations, set priorities and ability to self-manage and meet deadlines. Reviewed progress of activities and have the ability to resolve any problems or inform the Director of potential delays or issues which may impact others.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships by having sound interpersonal and negotiation skills, including a capacity to resolve issues and manage relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders in specific or inflexible timeframes; and the ability to manage the flow of people and business in a high-pressure environment. Ability to develop correspondence as required.
- Committed to personal development and continuous self-improvement, and welcome opportunities to improve processes and procedures where possible.
