The Project Officer key responsibilities are:

• Undertake quality coordination and tasks that contribute to the successful delivery of ICT initiatives and activities including planning and organisation of
meetings, workshops, forums and focus groups including provision of governance, assurance reviews and working groups secretariat support.
• Provide quality advice and support on a range of ICT initiatives and activities, which may include financial, human resource, information technology, information management and other research or administrative tasks relevant to the business area.
• Assist in preparation of ICT project documentation ensuring compliance with Queensland Government and departmental templates, frameworks and
methodologies.
• Provide consolidated reporting including liaison with relevant team members and stakeholders to meet performance reporting requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of best practice framework, governance processes, methodologies, tools and processes consistently across Information
Services.
