The Reform Implementation Office will apply expert input into delivery planning using modern and well evidenced methods and will focus on enterprise-wide systems reform. As Manager, you will use your professional networks, your strong communication skills and your eye for detail to support the delivery of government priorities.
You will provide advice to the Director on critical implementation issues, working collaboratively with agencies across government, to identify and solve problems in critical delivery chains.
You will be responsible for all aspects of supervising a small team, including providing direction and guidance to deliver a high standard of service to our stakeholders.

The Manager's key responsibilities include:
• Quickly develop a deep understanding of identified priorities and the targeted outcomes, including key stakeholders, barriers to implementation, and lessons from comparable jurisdictions.
• Build relationships with delivery stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities and set clear performance expectations.
• Work in partnership stakeholders to identify implementation barriers, develop actionable responses and apply them to increase the speed and effectiveness of delivery.
• Communicate with clarity to ensure stakeholders understand the targeted outcomes, their roles, and responsibilities.
• Share the lessons of a systematic approach to effective delivery of targeted outcomes to support improved delivery and innovation within the Reform
Implementation Office.
• Provide well informed advice to senior executives on delivery challenges and opportunities.
