As Business Analyst, you will establish and maintain a consistent, efficient approach to mapping, training, storing, updating and quality assurance of business processes and administer the BPM tool for the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge articles to assist end-users and business process analyst staff, ensuring that articles are clear, accurate, and up to date.
- Regularly review existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with other teams and business units to gather information, share knowledge, and ensure consistent BPM service delivery.
- Ensure that knowledge articles are effectively implemented and utilised by the end users and provide training and support as needed.
- Generate and analyse reports on BPM delivery performance, knowledge article usage, and process improvements and provide insights and recommendations based on data.

As a statutory body of the Queensland Government we have been helping primary producers and industry recover from natural disaster, improve sustainability and profitability, make a start in business, and overcome difficult conditions, for over 30 years.
As the Queensland Government's experts in rural finance, we also administer the State Government's Farm Business Debt Mediation program, the Farm Debt Reconstruction Office, conduct a biennial Rural Debt Survey, undertake research and provide advice to the Minister for Agricultural Industry Development and Fisheries and Minister for Rural Communities.
QRIDA is empowered under the Rural and Regional Adjustment Act 1994 to deliver additional programs and services across a range of industry sectors and to local, state and territory governments throughout Australia and for the Australian Government.
