As the Data and Reporting Analyst, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Develop, implement, and maintain performance measurement and business intelligence solutions to deliver accurate and timely data supporting business decisions, cases, and benefits realisation plans.
• Assist in developing predictive analytics, integrating data models into visualisations, and enhancing data products to measure efficiency, effectiveness, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks for improved customer experiences.
• Ensure high-quality reporting by documenting risks, utilising escalation processes, and providing options and recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Follow established development frameworks, create effective knowledge management practices, and develop reporting tools to support consistent business process execution.
• Contribute to team performance objectives by achieving personal KPIs, prioritising tasks effectively, and conducting research and analysis to solve business issues and identify efficiency trends.
We're seeking someone with:
• Experience in ICT technical environments with a knack for requirements analysis, data analysis, reporting design, and knowledge facilitation.
• Proven forte in consultation, facilitation, and both verbal and written communication, with a versatile ability to fly solo or collaborate for shared successes.
• A strong foundation in analysing and validating multi-source operational support data, familiar with platforms like ServiceNow, Genesys, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft 365, and Aternity.
• Enthusiasm for data scripting, particularly with languages like Python and R, is greatly welcomed.
• Qualifications in ICT or a related field, such as business intelligence or data analysis, are beneficial but not mandatory.
