This job is a fantastic opportunity to significantly contribute to and lead elements of policy, legislative and business process reforms related to a broad range of industry accreditation schemes, with a specific focus on ensuring the safety of Queensland roads. You will also perform research and analysis contributing to continuous improvement, change and accreditation reform.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Work across multiple tasks or delivering small projects and deliver agreed outcomes within planned timeframes.
• Contribute to research and analysis of information to identify improvements in business processes and policy, and evidence-based recommendations that consider impacts on key stakeholders.
• Provide advice and support to management and stakeholders on matters associated with industry accreditation schemes and prepare reports or briefs in response to contentious issues.
• Prepare or contribute to a range of high-quality documents in accordance with TMR's standards that reflect critical thinking, analysis, suit the audience and are fit for purpose.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and effective networks with internal and external stakeholders to consult, negotiate and work collaboratively on IAP reforms and improving road safety.
