What You'll Do:
- Help Queenslanders identify their legal problems and provide information on their rights and responsibilities.
- Offer high-quality legal information and referrals to appropriate services.
- Arrange legal advice appointments for those in need.
- Foster a positive, inclusive experience for all clients, whether over the phone, face-to-face, or through other means.
- Contribute to the justice system by assisting over 145,000 clients per year!
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in call centres, customer service, or similar client-focused roles.
- Clear and effective oral communication, ensuring information is accessible to all audiences.
- Strong literacy, computer, and problem-solving skills.
- A calm and professional demeanour, especially in challenging situations.
- A team-oriented approach, with the flexibility to adapt to diverse and fast-changing work environments.
- A commitment to respect, confidentiality, and excellence in client service.
