What You'll Do:

  • Help Queenslanders identify their legal problems and provide information on their rights and responsibilities.
  • Offer high-quality legal information and referrals to appropriate services.
  • Arrange legal advice appointments for those in need.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive experience for all clients, whether over the phone, face-to-face, or through other means.
  • Contribute to the justice system by assisting over 145,000 clients per year!

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in call centres, customer service, or similar client-focused roles.
  • Clear and effective oral communication, ensuring information is accessible to all audiences.
  • Strong literacy, computer, and problem-solving skills.
  • A calm and professional demeanour, especially in challenging situations.
  • A team-oriented approach, with the flexibility to adapt to diverse and fast-changing work environments.
  • A commitment to respect, confidentiality, and excellence in client service.
