As a seasoned infrastructure expert, you'll:

  • Develop and implement overarching team frameworks to oversee delivery, priorities and task sequencing
  • Demonstrate domain knowledge in Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Governance and Information Management
  • Support governance, audits and reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy and timelines
  • Instil project management principles, driving efficiency and effectiveness
  • Formulate complex documents, reports and business cases for senior executives

Your technical expertise will:

  • Streamline processes, mitigating risks and fuelling growth
  • Drive change management, ensuring seamless adoption
  • Instil a culture of agility and resilience, ensuring adaptability
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance: Provide commercial acumen, financial management and project expertise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement shared data sources, drive innovation and enhance communications.
  • Stakeholder Success: Develop cohesive networks, positioning teams for delivery alignment and success.

The Ideal Candidate

A seasoned executive with:

  • 10+ years of senior business services experience in construction/project delivery
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure, asset management frameworks and project planning
  • Exceptional time management, leadership and mentoring skills
  • High-calibre communication, collaboration and analytical skills
  • Proven experience in information management and change management
