Your new opportunity:
As the Executive Officer in the Queensland Treasury's Corporate Division, you'll have the opportunity to provide confidential, high-level executive support and project management services to the Head of Corporate and other leaders across the Corporate Division. Your role will be central to ensuring that the Corporate Division operates professionally, efficiently, and effectively.
In this role, you will:
• Support the Head of Corporate and work across all Corporate functions of People and Culture, Finance, Information Services, Corporate Performance and Legal, RTI and Privacy.
• Manage emails, diaries and correspondence.
• Create, maintain, and review information systems and procedures.
• Assist the Head of Corporate in coordinating committees, weekly leadership meetings and divisional meetings.
• Coordinate and liaise with staff across multiple areas of Treasury.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities.
What experience you will bring:
• High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
• Flexibility and strong project management, organisational and engagement skills.
• Experience in a similar coordination and support role.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
