The Director, Division of Adult Mental Health Services is to provide specialist clinical care and assume responsibility for the delivery of clinical addiction and mental health services for inpatient and community services within the designated sites of Logan Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS).

Your key responsibilities

• Fulfil the accountabilities and responsibilities of this role in accordance with MSHHS and MSAMHS mission and strategic direction
• This role has strong clinical focus with a dedicated 0.8 FTE of clinical role and 0.2 FTE for administration
• Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds
• Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating MSAMHS practices and initiatives
