The purpose of the Program Manager is to manage the delivery of road infrastructure programs and provide leadership and specialist technical expertise and advice to infrastructure projects and to other professional and technical staff to ensure successful delivery of the program within time, quality, cost, stakeholder expectations and service standards.

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team based in Brisbane.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions
• A Washington Accord accredited four-year degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalence recognised by Engineers Australia.
• Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) is mandatory for appointment to the position.
• Current holder of Class C driver's license.
Requirements of the role
• Makes insightful decisions: Makes considered, ethical and courageous decisions based on insight into the broader context.
• Drives accountability and outcomes: Demonstrates accountability for the execution and quality of results through professionalism, persistence and transparency
• Program Management: Applies a high and complex understanding of program/project management principles and methodology to achieve whole of program and project outcomes
• Engineering Practice: A comprehensive understanding of complex road program development and delivery within an infrastructure environment, including negotiation with stakeholders and incorporating the management, administration, and delivery of complex contracts in road and bridge design, construction, and maintenance.
• Technical / Occupation specific: Experience in the management of significant program / project procurement development, implementation and finalisation.
