- Provide advice on change management strategies, communication plans, and training to build regulatory capability and support reform initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate programs that align with Harm Prevention and Regulation's strategic objectives and emerging reform priorities.
- Develop and implement a whole-of-division management and leadership development program, addressing current and future workforce capability needs.
- Provide guidance on performance planning and review processes, including tools and resources that support continuous individual and team development.
- Contribute to business and strategic planning processes for regulatory capability development products and services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Develop and maintain effective project planning, monitoring, and reporting systems to track the progress and impact of regulatory capability initiatives.
