As a successful candidate in this role, you will support the Chief Human Resources Officer's day-to-day appointments while taking a proactive approach to organising meetings and providing secretarial support to ensure your executive is appropriately pre-briefed and provided relevant information ahead of time.

Providing confidential administrative support, information and advice to the Executive Officer, Human Resources team members and other staff within the office will see you develop successful relationships with your immediate team and stakeholders, while working to policies and procedures across administrative functions associated with procurement, human resources and financial issues.

If you're familiar with providing high level support and you're great at organising other people, then this may be the exact opportunity you're looking for! If you consider yourself someone who is familiar or adaptable to learning Microsoft software associated with corporate financial activities, travel requirements and workforce data and information management systems, then we have the right role for you!

While our role profile provides some insights on the key activities of this role, we're actively looking for someone who has:
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Experience in the use of high-level executive correspondence systems (we use MECS, but if you're not familiar, don't panic - it can be taught!)
• Experience in the use of financial reporting associated with corporate card systems

While these are key desirables for our team, if you have high level administration experience and initiative to learn quickly, we can help your development in these areas as needed, so don't be shy!

Have a read through our role profile for further detail, including the “How to apply  information, and if you're interested in knowing more, please feel free to reach out to Kayla Tucker for a confidential chat on 0467 945 093.

Applications to remain current for 12 months.
