Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) has an exciting opportunity to join its Transformation Office and help prepare and support our people to adopt the changes driving our strategic outcomes. Working within the Portfolio Change team, the Principal Advisor Organisational Change provides high level advice and implementation of contemporary, best practice change management to support the successful delivery of QCS' significant reform agenda.

Together with the Change Manager, this role works with project and program managers to embed a change management approach across QCS.ᅠ

The Transformation Office will lead the QCS reform agenda, transforming the organisation into a top tier public safety agency. It provides leadership and promotes best practice in the prioritisation and sequencing of effort, delivering timely, valued and connected change. The Transformation Office is responsible for the coordination and effective delivery of a range of strategic projects, and provides internal consultancy and project delivery service through the Enterprise Program Management Office, as well as sourcing, managing and partnership development with external consultancies. The Transformation Office is a critical enabler in delivering the QCS reform agenda.

The Portfolio Change Group is the key business function to ensure the Transformation Office is connected to the broader QCS organisation with respect to the vision and case for change for the reform agenda. The Portfolio Change office is responsible for ensuring that there is buy-in and input into the future direction of QCS from key internal and external stakeholders, while managing the delivery expectations and choices of the QCS reform agenda.
