The Engineering and Technology (E&T) branch is seeking a Prosecution Liaison Officer who will support the operations functions of the Enforcement Program through the provision of high-quality court documents and case management including client and stakeholder service delivery.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• investigate camera detected offence matters and provide recommendations on an appropriate course of action
• Prepare and proof-read a range of documents including correspondence, material for court and briefs for prosecutors
• Identify and manage stakeholder needs through targeted questioning, negotiation, conflict management techniques, and present accurate, succinct and timely records
• Liaising, consulting and maintaining effective relationships with team members, and internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Make defensible recommendations by undertaking research and applying legal principles in accordance with legislative and policy requirements.
