What You'll Do
- Lead the coordination of government business documentation with precision and professionalism.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with the Deputy Premier's Office, key stakeholders across government, and internal teams.
- Provide expert oversight to ensure compliance with departmental policies and state government procedures.
- Mentor and manage a small, high-performing team, ensuring clear priorities and a supportive, outcome-driven culture.
- Review and enhance systems and processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Champion health, safety, and wellbeing, with clear accountability under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld).
