As a Client Relations Consultant, you will be engaged in a customer-focused role within an inbound Customer Contract Centre, dedicated to providing a prompt and efficient service. You will play a crucial part in fulfilling organisational goals by delivering top-quality service. You will represent the department by providing accurate and comprehensive information about Registration and Licensing products and services to both industry professionals and individual department clients through multiple platforms.
About You:
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service driven by a genuine passion for helping others and an ability to build and maintain resilience when faced with difficult interactions.
• You have exceptional communication abilities enabling you to provide positive, resolution driven experience while engaging effectively with customer and articulating information with clarity.
• You are comfortable with technology, eager to learn new systems and platforms and adaptable to the integration of various tech tools in your workflow.
• You are receptive to feedback and committed to ongoing learning and self-development.
• You demonstrate a desire for personal and professional growth in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
