Your Role at a Glance

You'll play a key role in ensuring that the ODDG office operates efficiently and effectively, taking the lead on administrative processes, governance coordination, and executive meeting preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Executive Officer in managing the DDG's workflow, monitoring key issues, and handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Preparing and managing high-level documentation, agendas, and minutes for executive meetings.
  • Assisting with the coordination of government business and correspondence for OIR.
  • Fostering collaborative partnerships across OIR to support service delivery and shared goals.
  • Driving continuous improvement by reviewing and refining systems and processes.
  • Providing overflow support across the team during peak periods.
