As a Senior Administration Officer in the Office of Industrial Relations (OIR), you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality governance, performance, and reporting outcomes that underpin good decision-making across the organisation.

What You'll Do
Coordinate internal and external governance and performance reporting for the OIR.
Maintain and update organisational policies, procedures, fact sheets, and guidance materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy across platforms - including intranet libraries.
- Support project assurance functions and contribute to continual process improvement.
- Plan and manage key events, training opportunities, and strategic workshops.
- Build strong, collaborative working relationships across teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and delivery.
- Provide high-level support across business-critical priorities, including flexible assistance during high-demand periods.
- Maintain compliance with whole-of-government protocols for documentation and records management (e.g., Queensland Cabinet Handbook).
