Client Services Administrator

Working within Recording and Transcription Services (RTS), you will be an important part of a team focused on excellent frontline service delivery in an atmosphere of continual improvement. Our team manage the end to end process for production and distribution of transcripts and audio to Court users for all Queensland Courts and tribunals.

The Client Service Administrator is the first point of contact for our clients, which includes customers both internal and external to the Department, undertaking administrative duties relevant to the ordering and distribution of Court transcripts. The Client Service Administrator will liaise with stakeholders and service providers to ensure the accurate and secure transfer of court recordings and transcriptions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact when responding to transcript requests and enquiries by providing prompt, competent, consistent, and courteous service via telephone and email.
  • Undertake the ordering and distribution of court transcripts, with high attention to detail ensuring a high level of customer support to internal and external stakeholders, judiciary, and court users.
  • Accurately enter and extract information from records systems and computerised databases to process transcript requests and ensure correct distribution of transcripts.
  • Comply with administrative and operational processes, policies and procedures, and legislative guidelines relating to the delivery of quality services to relevant clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to effective teamwork by developing a detailed understanding of the roles and duties of other team members.
  • Actively display diligence, professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Ensure relevant policies, procedures and legislation are being adhered to while performing all aspects of the role.
  • Undertake other tasks as directed.
