Your Key Responsibilities will be:  

  • Provide high level customer service, timely and accurate operational HR advice about establishment and organisational structure management, recruitment and selection activities, appointment processes, payroll and leave, and legislation, directives, policies, procedures and delegations relevant to HR.
  • Maintain HR registers and monitor status of recruitment and appointment processes, complete employment screening processes, monitor payroll reports to manage timely and accurate HR processing and query management.
  • Facilitate and monitor employee induction, onboarding and probation administrative processes.
  • Contribute to the identification, analysis and monitoring of RBDM's workforce data and information and assist in the development of tailored regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Research and analyse routine HR matters and make recommendations consistent with legislation, policy and procedures.
  • Assist the team to implement HR strategies and initiatives with a focus on operational aspects.
  • Develop, foster and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to excellent customer service including continual process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support events and delivery of training, workshops, presentations, information sessions on a range of HR related topics.
  • Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing including the HR inbox.
