About the role:
In this position, you will coordinate and prepare high-level documents, including dashboards, reports, engagement plans, and presentation materials. Managing meeting logistics—preparing agendas, capturing minutes and actions, and distributing materials—will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee the asset register and coordinate HR and recruitment activities. Your role will involve supporting account management functions for multiple corporate-managed service providers. Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is essential to support successful business outcomes.

What we're looking for:
You are an organised and proactive professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and can manage multiple complex projects and business processes effectively. While there are no mandatory requirements for this role, experience in an executive support role or proficiency with systems such as Aurion, SAP, PowerBI, or other information system reporting tools would be highly regarded.
