Your New Role
Reporting to the Executive Manager, People and Culture, this newly created role will see you deliver key talent acquisition initiatives that support the Crown Solicitor's Strategic Plan. You'll lead the execution of a more strategic, data-driven and inclusive approach to recruitment—uplifting capability and strengthening Crown Law's position as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver recruitment strategies that attract top legal talent to Crown Law
- Build and manage proactive talent pipelines, including expressions of interest and future workforce planning
- Act as a trusted candidate contact, ensuring a positive and personalised recruitment experience
- Support and advise hiring managers with legal market insights and practical recruitment tools
- Develop and champion Crown Law's EVP, ensuring the organisation's brand and values are reflected throughout the hiring journey
- Lead key talent projects, such as graduate programs and diversity-focused hiring pathways
- Use data and research to guide strategic decisions around attraction, recruitment, and retention

- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Agile, outcomes-focused, and comfortable navigating change
- Clear communicator with a collaborative and inclusive approach
