In the role of Technical Support Analyst, you will lead your team while actively working in the delivery of ICT services on-site within your nominated area as an extension of your support team. Additionally, you will contribute and work within a larger leadership group to ensure a consistent service delivery culture.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate, supervise and deliver remote and onsite ICT support for approved resources in accordance with policy and procedures and provide advice to management on ICT related issues and improvement opportunities.
• Manage resourcing to ensure scheduled ICT work and incident responses are delivered in an effective and timely manner.
• Provide leadership and coordinate the activities of the team, who may be remote of your location, so that outcomes are achieved in an effective and efficient manner.
• Coordinate the provision of ICT services and supplies from internal and external suppliers.
• Coordinate local activities for business continuity and disaster recovery situations in line with ITB Regional Business Continuity plans, as well as providing operational guidance to Regional Business areas.

Mandatory requirements:
• Possession of a current 'C' class driver's licence will be necessary due to the need to undertake regular on-site support.

Highly Desirable requirements:
• Minimum of 12 months experience in leadership roles in providing onsite ICT support to a large-scale organization.
• Experience in ICT Support in a Microsoft Windows 11 environment.

Desirable requirements:
• Experience in AV support.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and customer focus solutions.
• Experience in leading teams remotely.
