About the role
As the Client Service Officer, you will
• Work within a supportive team to provide comprehensive advice to Queensland's vocational education and training stakeholders.
• Undertake administrative tasks utilising department information technology systems, including the Microsoft suite, records management systems, event management and on-line registration systems.
• Undertake basic research and analysis.
• Develop and modify work instructions, using innovation and problem-solving skills
• Liaise with other departmental business units and stakeholders to resolve enquiries across multiple channels.
What we are looking for
The position requires an applicant who:
• Can utilise (or rapidly acquire) knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to customers across the wide range of topics.
• Exhibits the ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Has sound organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Can demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
