Your contribution:

As a Senior HR Officer, your role will be invaluable in driving positive change and shaping diversity and inclusion at DETSI. Your days will be dynamic and varied, with each presenting new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.

Here's what a typical day might look like:

  • Planning and delivering strategic workforce initiatives that foster diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborating with others to brainstorm creative and innovative strategies to empower and inspire employees to actively participate in creating diverse and inclusive workplaces.
  • Drawing on diverse sources of evidence and information to inform and report on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Managing competing priorities - balancing long-term project work with real-time stakeholder requests and emerging challenges.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to understand and co-design solutions to challenges in creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Prepare all-staff messages to promote and encourage participation in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
