This position is based in Brisbane, and the successful candidate will be required to enter into a Flexible Work Arrangement reflecting Brisbane as their primary office location. While the role allows for flexibility in working from home, regular in-person attendance at the Brisbane office is a mandatory requirement and is non-negotiable.
Key Outcomes and Accountabilites
- Support delivery across the regulatory academy, contributing and supporting the development of specifications and documentation (e g Training materials and/or record keeping materials such as training materials across various mediums such as face-to-face, videoconferencing and e-learning) and manage appropriate collation, storage and recording via appropriate systems, including the potential use of a learning management system.
- Proactively act as the key point of contact to analyse enquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders to determine appropriate action to ensure seamless and robust practices and ensure interactions are timely, professional, and accurate whilst managing priorities to meet expectations.
- Provide high level high level and quality support to the performance of the Regulatory Academy (such as training and communication events), by supporting logistical support for events and participants as required, accurately recording participant attendance, documentation and communication of accurate training schedules, preparation, maintenance, collation and distribution of feedback surveys and data reports.
