As the Senior Program Officer you will:
• Be the first point of contact for Government agencies, Government Owned Corporations (GOCs), public and private organisations and project contractors to provide advice on the Queensland Government Building and Construction Training Policy.
• Provide support to identified stakeholders in interpreting the Training Policy and their obligations under the Training Policy.
• Provide technical assistance to identified stakeholders for the use and administration of the Training Policy Administration System (TPAS). This includes creating accounts, resetting passwords, registration of projects and general advice on navigating TPAS.
• Develop continuous improvements to Training Policy document management and processes which includes the assessment and processing of Training Policy variations.
