ICT Service Manager

In this role you will:

  • define, implement and communicate the ICT service catalogue and the related cost model, and ensure that ICT costs are recorded, displayed to the business and used for financial planning
  • develop, negotiate and monitor service level agreements for all client groups and facilitate internal and external service review meetings
  • develop relationships with customers at the highest level to identify potential areas of mutual interest for future development, and maintain an overview of alignment to organisational success
  • identify and realise opportunities for improvement and cost optimisation of ICT services
  • champion the implementation of IT Service Management and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) across the agency, including the use of frameworks and processes

In this role you will:

  • champion the implementation of IT Service Management and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) across the agency, including the use of frameworks and processes
  • liaise with the business and DS&IT Group managers to ensure that ICT service delivery capabilities are aligned with business needs
  • monitor DS&IT Group capabilities to ensure that business needs can be met and initiate new capabilities where required
  • ensure consistent and appropriate communication with customers for service-related enquiries and issues
  • undertake other duties as required to ensure delivery of departmental priorities.
