Are you a proactive, dynamic, and forward-thinking administrative professional with a passion for recruitment? We are seeking an AO4 Recruitment and Engagement Advisor to join our team. Our team charter is to attract top talent, engage stakeholders, and drive innovative recruitment practices.
About the Role
The role requires someone with highly developed administrative skills with a strong background in recruitment and marketing, with an eye for good governance, streamlined processes and talent identification. The role requires someone with an ability to develop, build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that expertise and advice is sought and respected. The role is an important component of a mid-size team with specific goals and targets to be achieved.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring your energy, innovative thinking, agility, and ability to balance operational tasks with understanding and appreciation for good governance. You're a natural communicator who takes stakeholders on a journey, building rapport and inspiring collaboration and trust. Your skills as an all-rounder will enable you to tackle challenges head-on and deliver exceptional results in an ever-changing environment.
