Your key accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
• Lead the team in the provision of prompt and effective delivery of services to clients and stakeholders by managing and maintaining the skills and knowledge of the team including performance monitoring and staff development.
• Resolve complex problems ensuring solutions are consistent with the direction of the team to improve service delivery benchmarks through the implementation of programs of work based on findings.
• Analyse, evaluate and interpret statistics and report findings on a regular basis.
• Manage the review and development of policies and procedural issues.
• Represent the team at internal and external forums as required and develop strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure corporate governance is maintained through the development and provision of guidance and advice in relation to Protective Services Group.
• Audit end to end transactions across all elements of the team to ensure outcome consistency and quality results.
• Assist in the design and delivery of training programs, contribute to the formulation of work unit strategies, and actively participate in the delivery of
programs of work.
• Through the analysis of the team's performance, client and industry feedback, and statistics, recommend programs of work and strategies to improve service delivery.
