The Business Service Officer is responsible for the day-to-day support and coordination to the Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay Regional Business Services Group (BSG) team, which provides a range of administrative services Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay Region, including support for operational, human resource (HR), finance, staff development and other functions.
The role also has responsibility for the accurate and efficient production of various functional area reports, correspondence and documentation. The Business Services? Officer actively contributes to the achievement of QAS business objectives and key performance indicators and provides a high level of assistance to the region in support of operational service delivery.
