About the role
As a Senior HR Business Partners, you'll work closely with a Principal HR Business Partner to implement HR strategies and processes that develop strategic and tactical workforce solutions for the WHS CFS directorate, and assist them with workforce planning, managing workplace change, recruiting and onboarding, developing employee performance and engagement, and resolving employee concerns and case matters.
While no two days are the same, on any given day you can expect to:
- engage with stakeholders to build deep understand of the business, building
constructive and enduring relationships - coach and influence leaders, supporting them in the management of their
workforce including when dealing with complex and challenging issues - review, analyse and interpret HR data and apply your knowledge of legislation,
policies etc t provide contemporary, evidence-based advice to your client group - work in partnership with your client group to identify, develop and implement
strategy and tactical HR solutions - engage with colleagues across Corporate to identify opportunities to innovate and
provide end-to-end services.
