Come and join the team that supports the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and the Finance, Procurement & Property Services branch at the Department.
This role provides high quality, confidential administrative and executive support to the CFO, Procurement and Property Services (FPPS) branch within Corporate Services and requires experience in working in a complex and changing environment, strong interpersonal skills and administration capabilities.

You contribution and key responibilities:
- Provide high-quality, confidential administrative and executive support to the CFO, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage the CFO's calendar, correspondence, and emails, ensuring priorities are addressed and responses prepared promptly.
- Coordinate and prepare key documents, including ministerial, parliamentary, and executive briefs, ensuring attention to detail and alignment with departmental guidelines.
- Support the OCFO by managing shared mailboxes, correspondence flow, and quality assurance of information.
- Oversee planning and tracking of deliverables to ensure timely completion of CFO and business unit commitments.
- Develop and implement executive support systems and procedures for efficient office management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain effective relationships on behalf of the CFO.
- Contribute to the business and administrative operations of the OCFO, including supporting change management, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements; and organising catering as required.
