As part of the HR Strategy and Workforce Intelligence team, you will play a vital role in ensuring general compliance with HR processes while fostering strong working relationships across the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for managing general HR response within a small yet highly productive team.

You will provide advice and guidance to QCS staff and management on a wide range of HR and establishment management queries whilst supporting the continuous improvement of process and practice in our team and agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day work will involve the following:

• Overseeing HR processes to ensure compliance with public service legislation and directives.
• Providing succinct and timely HR consultancy services to management and staff across QCS.
• Supporting the development of HR continuous improvement opportunities.
• Identify trends and provide meaningful insights to assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Beyond these core duties, you'll contribute to enhancing HR service delivery across the agency. Your ability to collaborate, innovate, and solve problems will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes for our customers.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated process improvement experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and problem-solving as well as an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
